Here I spent 2 nights and I loved being in this place. Everything was nice, delightfully helpful staff, prime location just off Bilbao, shops and the centre by the river. There was lots of fab meals. Stayed in bright twin room with bath, a shared bathroom, as example. They made my stay good.

The king room we stayed in was individually decorated. A packed breakfast had something for everyone. Restaurants and bars in front of it.

Loved that it was fairly quiet. The hotel was set in a very central area next to the old center, tramway, train station. Besides, easy to get to city hall. Perfect place for exploring Bilbao.

Facilities were great, but Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The hotel was real good, but I stayed for 2 nights only. I booked shared room overlooking the city. The provided service was very excellent too. Very safe area close to the venue.
